Florida + New Riders = Basic Rider Course

Gentleman, start your engines!

Someone once said that everyone has to start somewhere, and I guess this is where I start.

My name is Robert Werksman, and I’ve been riding motorcycles since I was in my teens. When I was in college, I took a job to help me pay my way through school. That job was in the local BMW motorcycle shop - Heritage BMW. I worked there were approximately 4 years, doing basically anything they need to me to do. I ran the website, I sold motorcycles, I was a parts person, and I was even a repairman when needed. That job, to date, quite possibly is the best experience of my life and at very minimum, it introduced me to the wonderful world of motorcycling.
